About Me

  • Dolores (Loli) Dustin is the owner and founder of Blue Sapphire.
  • She is a Board Certified Life Coach, Board Certified Master Mental Health Coach for Youth and for Adults, an Emotional Intelligence Coach.
  • She is also a Board-Certified Executive and Organizational Coach, a Relationship Coach, a Women’s Coach, a Board Certified Christian Life Coach, and a Biblical Counselor.
  • She completed 4 years of the career of Psychology at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
  • She served in Youth and Children Ministries and as a Sunday school teacher for adolescents at Centerpointe Church in Fairfax, VA for four years.
  • She volunteered as a coach of autistic children for 6 months at Buenos Aires Zoo, and at the Natali Dafne
  • She works as an Employment Specialist for Rise Services LLC with people with special needs and low functioning.
  • She works as an Associate Executive Function Coach for Life Anchored Coaching with adolescents, and college students with ADHD.
  • She is originally from Argentina.
  • She speaks English and Spanish fluently.

From the Heart

My passion for helping others comes from my life journey. I experienced depression and anxiety for many years with a lack of sense of identity, purpose, direction, vision and very low self-esteem.

With the restoration I have experienced, I am now honored to be part of the heart transformation journey of youth, parents, families, adults and communities by helping them live lives by design and not by default.

● Coaching is not Therapy. Therapists are specialized in the therapeutic treatment of mental health disorders. Therapists diagnose mental health disorders and identify the best treatment plan for healing.
● If you are experiencing significant psychological distress, we will refer you to a suitable therapist.
